Vision

Apparition

A column of light
Illuminates the solitary
Church in the deadwood of
The forest. The empty windows

Adorned by vines watch
The empty altar veined
By ancients cracks.
A small light slowly rising

From forgotten stones
Ethereal spirits return
To remember the times of
Ancient splendor now gone.

Vanishing in thin air
An illusory vision
While the dawn of a new
Day shines upon the ruins.



Visione

Una colonna di luce
Rischiara la solitaria
Chiesa tra i rami secchi del
Bosco. Le vuote finestre

Adorne di rampicanti
Guardano il deserto altare
Venato da antiche crepe.
Si leva un lento luminio

Dalle pietre dimenticate
Spiriti eterei tornano
Per ricordare i tempi di
Antichi fasti svaniti.

In fine nebbia svanisce
Una visione illusoria
Mentre sorge sui ruderi
L’alba del giorno che viene
